Rodger is the 3rd generation of Herrigel attorneys at the firm. He has 40+ years experience in Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Real Estate, and Non-profit matters. He is also the Executive Director of the Investors Foundation. He serves as a Trustee on several Non-Profit Boards and is a member of the New Jersey and American Bar Associations and the Real Property and Probate sections of each Bar Association.

Karen Wong Poy is a partner at Herrigel, Bolan & Poy.
Karen’s practice focuses on real estate transactions, estate planning and administration, and general business matters. Her experience spans a broad range of real estate matters, including sales and acquisitions of real estate, commercial financing transactions, title matters, and leasing. She prepares wills, powers of attorney, and living wills for her clients and provides counsel to executors during estate administration. Karen also has general business experience. She forms business entities and drafts related organizational documents, and helps clients acquire and sell businesses.
Prior to joining the firm, Karen was Senior Counsel at MONY Life Insurance Company and a real estate associate at Thatcher Proffitt & Wood in New York City and Cades Schutte in Honolulu.
Karen is fluent in the Taishen dialect of Chinese.
Karen serves as a Trustee of the Museum of Early Trades and Crafts.
